Your participation in these surveys/registrations is completely voluntary. The information you provide will help our organization identify problems in the domain of K-12 technology education equity in Montana. Please answer as many questions as you can or as your feel comfortable answering. Should you decide to provide this information to MTSEE, know that no identifying information (such as your name, email, or school) will ever be shared without your permission. This information will be used in aggregate to inform our program development. Should we wish in the future to collaborate with other state-wide efforts to collect data about the “state of the state” for high-tech education, we’ll email everyone a participation agreement, allowing you to opt-in or opt-out of sharing certain information with relevant partners (like the Computer Science Department at MSU in Bozeman and the Education Superhighway). We respect both your privacy and your autonomy and hope that you will share any concerns you have about this process with tiphani@mtsee.org.
